The service and the flooring products are both superior to anywhere else I have purchased flooring. I wanted LVP flooring for a bathroom remodel and I have looked everywhere, comparing selection, quality and prices. I have purchased flooring from Floor and Decor, Flooring America and others, but I have never gotten service as good as at Simi Valley Flooring 101, and their prices were much better than Floor and Decor for a better quality product. Michael Rossi helped me pick the perfect flooring. He let me take home large sample boards to see the products in my space. I'm 75 years old, so he also helped me carry everything to and from my car, and he even delivered the flooring to my house! I will be buying all of my flooring from this store from now on. No photos yet because it will be installed next week. I look forward to doing the rest of my house.
