Maintenance tips

Reseal

Periodically reseal your tile or natural stone floor with a penetrating sealer product to continue protecting the surface.

Spot clean

Wipe up spilled food and drink as soon as it happens. Many common foods contain acids that will etch or dull a tile or stone surface if allowed to stand.

Hot Caution

Do not place hot items directly on the surface as they can cause cracking.

Cleaning Tile & Natural Stone

  • Regular Sweeping or Vacuuming: Remove dirt and grit daily using a soft-bristle broom or a vacuum with a felt head attachment.
  • Damp Mopping or Steam Mopping: Weekly, clean your floors with a damp mop or steam mop using a recommended tile and stone cleaner. Ensure the cleaner is compatible with your grout.
