CONSUMER REBATE PROCESSING For an exceptional consumer experience, please ensure the following requirements are met and that consumers understand how rebate processing works. Step 1: Retailers should staple the Consumer Rebate Instruction Card (included in the National Karastan Month Kit) to the consumer sales invoice. Step 2: Consumers are required to submit a copy of their sales invoice that clearly identifies the Karastan product, style name, style number, amount purchased in yards / square feet, date of purchase, and amount paid. Remnants and special goods are excluded. Karastan Black Label products are excluded. Note: Cash register receipts are not acceptable forms of proof of purchase.
